ZoneCharge Showcased at CeMAT ASIA 2025

Contactless Wireless Power Supply Technology Steals the Show at Logistics Exhibition

At the 2025 Asia International Logistics Technology and Transportation Systems Exhibition (CeMAT ASIA), which opened on October 28, ZoneCharge made a grand debut with two core logistics power supply solutionsthe logistics narrowbelt linear sorter equipped with the DynaCPS™ contactless dynamic wireless power supply system, and the static wireless charging pile module compatible with AGVs/RGVs. With technological breakthroughs in "contactless operation, high reliability, and enhanced efficiency," these solutions became a highlight on the first day of the exhibition, attracting numerous logistics equipment manufacturers and end customers to stop and engage in discussions. They provided onsite visitors with a new, efficient, safe, and intelligent logistics technology experience.

Nuclear-powered Solutions Debut

Sorter Equipped with DynaCPS Dynamic Wireless Power Supply: Enabling "Non-Stop" Sorting Lines

In the field of logistics automation, addressing the core challenges of "24/7 continuous operation + high wear and maintenance" in logistics sorting centers, the narrowbelt linear sorter exhibited by ZoneCharge innovatively integrates its self-developed DynaCPS™ non-contact dynamic wireless power supply system. This system utilizes LCCS compensated magnetic resonance technology to achieve highpower dynamic transmission ranging from 5kW to 40kW. It supports stable power supply to equipment moving at high speeds of 2-5 m/s, with a transmission efficiency exceeding 80% . While the sorter operates at high speed, it wirelessly transmits power in real-time to key components such as motors and sensors, completely overcoming the limitations of "plugin charging" and "physical contact wear" associated with traditional conductor rails/sliding contact lines .
Technicians highlighted: "The standout feature of this system is 'charging while moving'the sorter requires no downtime for recharging, achieving continuous operation exceeding 20 hours per day (traditionally needing3 charges per day). Tests show sorting efficiency improves by approximately 27% (reaching up to 50% in some scenarios), while maintenance costs are reduced by over 65% (no sliding contact line replacement, no electric spark safety hazards)." Furthermore, its "noncontact" nature makes it perfectly suitable for special environments like explosionproof warehouses and clean rooms, offering a safer energy solution for demanding logistics settings .
Onsite demonstrations by logistics equipment manufacturers showed that the linear narrowbelt sorter using the DynaCPS™ system could seamlessly adapt tocomplexpath tilttray systems. Even under the impact of peak periods like "Singles' Day," handling an average of 200,000 parcels daily, it maintained efficient and stable operation .

AGV/RGV Static Wireless Charging Pile Module: Enabling "Park-and-Charge" for Mobile Robots

In addition to dynamic power supply, ZoneCharge simultaneously exhibited static wireless charging pile modules compatible with AGVs and RGVs. The modules support a wide power range from 200W to 5kW, customization for 12V/24V/48V power batteries, and boast an IP66 protection rating . Utilizing magnetic coupling resonance technology, they achieve a charging efficiency of over 95% and a positioning accuracy of ±3mm. This enables AGVs/RGVs to charge immediately upon task completion without manual cable plugging, significantly enhancing automation in lastmile delivery/warehouse handling processes .

"For end customers in logistics, the charging efficiency of AGVs directly impacts the overall operational rhythm," emphasized the on-site manager. "Our static modules not only charge quickly but also feature multiple protections against overvoltage, overcurrent, and overtemperature. They are compatible with mainstream AGV models on the market, serving as 'invisible productivity tools' in logistics automation scenarios ."

Live from the Exhibition

On the opening day of the exhibition, ZoneCharge's booth (Hall W6, Stand D4) was bustling with visitors. Equipment procurement managers from leading logistics companies such as SF Express, China Post, and "STO, YTO, ZTO, Yunda," as well as technical teams from system integrators, gathered to experience the showcase. The live demonstration area of the dynamic sorter was particularly eye-catchingthe sorter stably received wireless power while operating at high speed, complemented by the DynaCPS system's real-time monitoring screen (displaying data such as power supply and efficiency), which visually demonstrated the reliability of "contactless power supply." Meanwhile, the static charging pile module area simulated AGV charging scenarios, allowing visitors to experience the convenience of "park-and-charge" up close.

"We have been searching for solutions to address the frequent charging issues of sorting lines, and ZoneCharge's dynamic wireless power supply technology is truly impressive!" said an equipment manager from a leading courier company onsite. "Especially its advantage in reducing maintenance costsfor our sorting center, which handles millions of parcels daily, the longterm benefits are highly significant."

The Director of ZoneCharge's Logistics Business Division revealed in an interview with the media, "On the first day of the exhibition, we received partnership inquiries from over 50 clients, including system integrators interested in jointly developing intelligent sorting solutions and end customers in logistics inquiring about the possibility of bulk deployments. This confirms market recognition of the 'wireless power supply + logistics' trendwe are not just selling individual products but driving the 'seamless upgrade' of logistics infrastructure."
